Spencer J. Colby is an award winning Ottawa-based editorial and commercial photographer concentrating in news, sports and documentary based photography. His editorial clients include; The Canadian Press, The Globe and Mail, Reuters Images, Canada’s National Observer, The Hill Times, The Ottawa Citizen, The Ottawa Sun, Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Ottawa Magazine, Capital Current and the Charlatan Newspaper.
